Perhaps 3.5 stars. These will need slight modification because you can not use the provided hardware as it is actually aluminum which will immediately break if you attempt to thread into your fiberglass. So using stainless hardware is what I did, but I had to drill the holes out in the housing and plastic mount to fit the diameter of the SS hardware. I used 1/8 rubber sheet and cut it to size for a seal on these for the bottom. If you do this, these will last. Even if they don't, you get 8. Myself I only used two and plan to swap them out when they go bad.
